Krystyna is a very experienced Coach and Mentor who has spent a lot of time coaching people over her 20+ year career. She spends a lot of time working with Senior Managers, Directors, Execs and CEO’s, helping them to overcome personal challenges, acting as a soundboard, enabling professionals to become better Managers and Leaders and facilitating personal growth.
Science has shown us that humans are not static beings – the brain is neuroplastic; i.e. the brain can and does change. The brain controls our thoughts, emotions, bodily activities and thus, if the brain can change then the good news is, so can we! That’s a really key point – we are capable of change – sometimes we just need a little help to see that!

We all experience confusion, challenges, stress and negative situations during our lives. It’s how we deal with these challenges that can make a real difference and sometimes, it just helps to have that outside, unbiased person to guide and coach you.
Coaching can help you gain clarity and focus and often, just helps you to ‘get moving’ again if you have become stuck.

What locations do you work in?
We’re based just outside of Warrington. Many of our clients are in the North West, however we do have clients in the West Midlands, Essex and other areas of the UK. We work with some clients onsite and others we support remotely via email, phone, skype. Or we can do a mixture of the two! We’re happy to have a chat with you, to see how we can support you and your business.
