Who is Krystyna?
I’m Krystyna, the Founding Partner of Inspire Excellence, a leading HR, Coaching & Training Consultancy. Having felt the effects of negative behaviours and non-inclusive workplace cultures, both personally and through working with global clients, it is my mission to help create efficient, productive, and happy working environments, through effective people engagement and through HR systems & frameworks that make people management much easier.
Having worked in many senior roles, including being an HR Director for a large global organisation, I bring high-level strategy and an understanding of corporate and operational challenges to clients I work with – but more than that, I commit to finding solutions that actually inspire, motivate and produce excellence.
As a Fellow of the CIPD and someone highly committed to personal development, along with my fascination with human behaviour and my background in NLP, Psychology, CBT and Coaching, I also bring a new perspective to people management, which enables me to really understand the needs of the individuals involved in order to effect change quickly and with impact.
I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to practices within businesses; whether that’s operational processes, management processes or HR policies & procedures. It’s my mission to use my knowledge, skills and expertise to give consistent, transparent, quality advice to help both employers and employees to understand employment law requirements, to feel confident and empowered, and to create a pro-active, positive work environment for all.
Qualifications and Endorsements
Krystyna is a Fellow of the CIPD and holds the Level 7 CIPD qualification. As a Senior HR Professional working to HR Director Level, Krystyna is equipped to help with any HR requirement.
Having begun her HR career in hospitality as part of working in operations & management, (and having worked closely with operations across a broad range of different sectors throughout her career), Krystyna understands the critical importance of making HR work cohesively with operations, and tailors HR solutions accordingly. As a result, Krystyna works closely with her clients to ensure results that deliver.
Some of Krystyna’s other qualifications include: Master NLP Practitioner, ILM Level 5 Coaching & Mentoring Diploma, certified DiSC Trainer, Diploma’s and certificates in Psychology, CBT, EFT, Life Coaching & more!
Krystyna’s passion is…
Krystyna’s other huge passion is development and helping others achieve their aspirations!
Over the years, she has gained a number of coaching, mentoring, training and development qualifications in addition to undertaking various certifications in more therapeutic disciplines.
